		<description>It was definitly a very interesting talk. It made me wonder how strong the effect of the random variables is. Comparing the participation of men and women, especially in mathemathical sciences and in different countries, should shed some light on this. It could very well be that policy that works for men, will have adverse effects on the participation of women. He did not mention such an approach. Nevertheless, I&#039;d be very interested to see this kind of studies evolve to include more aspects of real life.</description>
